Autocook ("the Service") is operated by Tide Software Inc. ("we", "us"). By using autocook.io, you agree to these terms.
Autocook is a tax return preparation tool. You upload tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, etc.), and the Service uses AI to extract data, compute taxes, and generate completed IRS and state tax forms as a PDF.
The Service is not tax advice. We are not a CPA, tax advisor, or enrolled agent. The output is generated by software and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing your return for accuracy before filing it with any tax authority.
While we strive for accuracy, the Service may produce incorrect results due to document parsing errors, unsupported tax situations, software bugs, or other factors. We do not guarantee that any generated return is correct, complete, or suitable for filing.

You retain ownership of all documents you upload and returns generated from them. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of tax computations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tide Software Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to penalties, interest, or additional taxes resulting from errors in a generated return.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
